I am Pia, the founder of OPM Consulting Ltd, specializing in Biotech Operations and related industries. With over 20 years of global experience in the Diagnostic industry, I've ventured from development to manufacturing and supply, embracing reagents, instruments, and consumables.
Beyond my professional journey, I'm driven by a deep commitment to creating a workplace culture founded on integrity, trust, collaboration, inclusion, and agility. I'm passionate about nurturing a space where innovative solutions thrive.
